The same time limits apply to the VIP Welcome Pack below.

Crypto Boost
Every day, each crypto deposit of 20 AUD or more earns an extra 10% when you enter code CRYPTO. Top up as many times a day as you like, as long as no other bonus is running at the same time.
Weekly cashback
Every week we return 7% of your gaming activity in slots, worked out as real-money bets minus wins. Cashback lands on Monday between 01:00 and 02:00 UTC when it is at least 20 AUD, up to 5,000 AUD. Claim it within 7 days and wager it 5x. It opens after 6 deposits and is not credited while receiving bonuses is switched off.
Bonus rules
Bets and time limits
The maximum bet during wagering is 8 AUD unless an offer sets its own limit. Bets doubled after a finished round and bonus rounds bought inside a game count towards that limit. A bonus stays valid for 14 days unless its own terms give a different period, and when time runs out with wagering unfinished, the bonus money and its winnings are void.
Play order and game weighting
You play with real money first and then with bonus money, and bonus winnings become withdrawable once the wagering is complete. Slots count 100% of the bet, except a listed group of slots that counts 50%. Table games, roulette, video poker and craps count 5% of the bet. Live dealer games are closed to you while a bonus is active.
Winnings caps
Unless an offer sets its own cap, winnings from a free-spins bonus are limited to 150 AUD and anything above that is forfeited when you withdraw. The default cap for a cash bonus is the bonus multiplied by 10, with the excess removed at withdrawal or 24 hours after the wagering is done.
Cancelling a bonus
You can cancel a bonus without wagering it and without any loss of your own money. If you withdraw your deposit before the wagering is complete, the bonus and its winnings are void and the rest of your balance is paid out. Bonuses run on UTC time.
One offer at a time
Only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Each offer is one per person, family, home address, e-mail, IP address, phone number and payment account.
No-deposit and free-spin questions
Our welcome and weekly offers are tied to deposits. Active players can also receive no deposit bonuses, which we announce through our events calendar, newsletters and notifications.
In our app, players with at least 1 deposit get 20 free spins straight away for turning on notifications, and up to 35 AUD can be cashed out from those spins. Winnings from any no-deposit bonus are capped at 75 AUD. To withdraw them, make a minimal deposit with the payment method you want to be paid with. That deposit then needs no playthrough, and both the winnings and the deposit can be withdrawn.

How withdrawals work
The minimum withdrawal is 30 AUD. Maximums depend on the method, and a larger request may be paid in several parts. While you have made 6 deposits or fewer, each withdrawal is limited to 1,000 AUD per transaction. Before you withdraw money connected to a deposit, wager that deposit once in slot games or three times in other games.
We verify identity before processing withdrawals, and false or incomplete documents can lead to a refused payout and a closed account. A request stays pending until every check is done, and we may ask for more documents or a phone call. Keep your phone or email reachable while you wait. If two weeks pass after the request with no contact, the account is locked and the withdrawal is cancelled.
We aim to process requests within 72 hours of approval, and the time to arrive then depends on the method and your verification status. Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits apply, while progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are yours to cover.

Responsible gambling tools
Personal limits
You can limit your deposits for a day, a week or a month, though such limits cannot always be applied to cryptocurrency payments. Limits on losses and on the amount you wager work for the same periods.
A decrease takes effect at once. An increase needs e-mail confirmation and starts only after the previous limit of the same type has expired.
Breaks from play
A Cooling-Off period blocks deposits in fiat currency and takes you out of promotions as soon as you choose it. You can still withdraw your remaining balance, and some crypto deposits may still go through because of how crypto payments work.
Self-Exclusion disables your account immediately for the period you select. Any remaining balance, including crypto deposits processed in the meantime, can be withdrawn on request through our support team. It is paid within our usual limits, and verification still applies when we need it.
To set any limit or break, message us in our online chat or write to our support team.
Outside help
You can also contact Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare or Gambling Therapy for consultation and support.
Support and complaints
Our online support is open 24/7 in live chat, and you can also reach us by email at [email protected].
A complaint goes to our Support Team first. If it cannot be settled straight away, we pass it further inside our company and keep you informed.
Our licence and account protection
Our licence is E-gaming licence No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission to Metlait SRL. We run identity and contact checks on accounts to keep play safe and fair.
